is an overview of the manufacturing process. At our partner-manufacturing
factory, state of the art equipment is used to ensure that you,
our valuable customer, always get the highest quality products possible.

Manufacturing Process:
No manufacturer, to date, has succeeded in exactly duplicating the
Garden Golf Greens nylon putting surface in weight, density,
colour, longevity or
puttability. We, like every synthetic product company can provide
numerous types of synthetic surfaces and we do carry a full line
of polypropylene and polyethylene products. The turf that has proven
itself time after time as the finest available on the market –
is our nylon putting surface.
Garden Golf Greens utilizes one exclusive manufacturer
in Dalton, Georgia who manufactures our exclusive nylon putting
surface to our specifications. The nylon putting surface and fringe
is produced ONLY for Garden Golf Greens. Our research and development teams work
closely with our manufacturing experts and together implement quality
control check points at every level of the manufacturing process
to ensure you receive the finest putting surface possible.

like no one else!
1. Nylon pellets are fed into the extrusion hopper
and melted
2. Nylon processed through an extruder
3. The extruded nylon is cooled in a water bath
4. Nylon is drawn over heavy rollers
5. Nylon is then sent to a texturizing facility
6. After texturizing is complete nylon is wound on individual tubes
7. Nylon is then put through a twisting process which texturizes
the nylon
8. And Through a tufting machine
9. After tufting the primary backing is added
10. It then goes to the finishing plant
11. Where it is run through a coating machine
12. After the backing is applied the turf is sheared
